The SCK52 series is a double-column vertical lathe produced by our company. It has a door frame structure, high strength and large rotation diameter. Our company currently produces several models, including SCK5235, SCK5240, SCK5245, SCK5255 and SCK5263, with a maximum rotation diameter of 6.3 meters. There are two tool holders on the left and right, and there are tool holders with four-station electric tool holders and square slide ram tool holders to choose from. The square slide ram tool holder can be installed with a power spindle, which can realize the integration of turning and grinding of a single tool holder, and can also be installed with a private service spindle to realize the functions of drilling, milling and tapping. At the same time, with the switching indexing of the workbench (adding the C-axis function), it can realize the integration of turning and milling, and can also install a series of functions such as ATC tool magazine and right-angle milling head to realize the integration of turning, milling, drilling and tapping.
